What products and services does Sharesies provide?
Sharesies provides advice to our investors about shares, deposits, and managed funds (including switching funds). Sharesies does not charge fees, expenses, or any other amount for any financial advice provided to its investors. There are fees associated with any financial products you may choose to acquire following our advice.
Fees, expenses, or other amounts payable
Sharesies may receive a commission, fee rebate, or other incentives as a result of investors purchasing units in funds listed on the platform and participating in offers distributed by Sharesies. The amount received by Sharesies may be either a fixed monthly fee or a fee proportional to the total amount of money that is invested.
Conflicts of Interest
To manage any conflicts of interest that may present, Sharesies uses the following steps as required:
We disclose to investors if we will be receiving fees, in addition to our standard and published fee structure, for a product that we are providing advice on;
When distributing an offer, we will not advise on participation in the offer;
We have an internal Conflict of Interest policy that we act in accordance with; and
We monitor our conflicts of interest through a Conflicts of Interest register, and use this when considering whether to advise on a product.
