Country Manager - Australia
Do you have experience managing all aspects of a financial services business including leading, supporting, and empowering new teams for success? Are you looking to take the next step in your career in a highly supportive and rapidly growing business? This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial manager and leader to establish, manage and lead Sharesies Australian operations in collaboration with the New Zealand business to execute strategy based on Sharesies core philosophies.
Marketing Manager - Australia
Join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager (Australia). You’ll enjoy a varied role as an integral member of the wider A/NZ Marketing team. Our Australian Marketing Manager is responsible for growing and leading an Australian marketing team, doing market research and creating strong strategies for the Australian market. You’ll drive efficient, scalable growth and help Sharesies reach its short and long term goals in Australia.
Senior PX Advisor - Australia
Join us as a Senior PX Advisor, with a focus on our Australian business. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for leading our recruitment in Australia. Key to this is ensuring we build a truly diverse and inclusive place to grow. You’ll work alongside our New Zealand People Experience (PX) Team and Head of PX to set strategic goals and deliver on them. You’ll play a vital part in helping us to expand our business and reach more amazing everyday investors in Australia.
Tech Lead
Become one of our new Technical Leads. These roles are responsible for the functional management of the developers in their Product Team, and for contributing to the strategy, development and execution of Sharesies’ product, website, data and technical stack.
Senior Front End Developer
Become our new Senior Front End Developer. This role’s responsible for creating patterns, tooling and documentation to support our Product Teams building a high quality, customer-centred web application. You’ll get to work with our Product Designers and make your mark on our awesome investor experience.
Security Manager
The Security Analyst is an integral member of the Technology Team and is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the security controls and knowledge at Sharesies. This includes engagement with external auditors and assisting and working in partnership with the technical team to constantly improve our security maturity.
Senior Product Manager / Product Manager
We’re looking for a Product Manager to make our offerings the best they can be. Your main mission will be to lead, motivate and inspire a team of Product Owners. You’ll work with talented product people, developers, designers and the wider Sharesies team to understand, prioritise and solve our investors’ problems.
