The Offer

Take out a new policy with Sharesies Pet Insurance by Cove between 10 November 2025 and 31 January 2026 and get a $50 Petdirect voucher (Promo Code). 

Promo code vouchers will be issued at the beginning of the month after the pet policy commences. 

Terms & conditions

By accepting the Offer, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

  • The Offer runs until  11:59pm (NZDT) January 31, 2026, 

  • The Offer is limited to one use per policy (note one customer can have multiple pet policies).

  • The Promo Code  applies to a single order only and cannot be split across multiple purchases.

  • The Promo Code can only be applied to product value only and excludes shipping fees.

  • The Promo Code cannot be exchanged or refunded for credit or cash.

  • The Promo Code can be redeemed online or in-store.

  • The Promo Code cannot be applied to existing Autodeliver orders.

  • The Promo Code is valid only while the associated policy remains active. Sharesies reserves the right to cancel or revoke any issued voucher if the policy is cancelled for any reason. Sharesies does not accept any responsibility for Promo Codes that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  • Redemption of the Promo Code is valid until 11:59pm (NZDT), 28 February 2026.

  • Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, amend,  change or cancel this Offer at any time without notice.

$1,000 prize draw for pet insurance estimates

The Offer 

Customers can also go in the draw to win a $1,000 Petdirect voucher. To be entered into the draw, customers just need to get an estimate for pet insurance (Promotion). 

Terms & Conditions: 

  • The Promotion is a prize draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited, to win a $1,000 voucher to be credited to a Petdirect customer account (Prize). The Promotion runs until 11:59pm (NZDT) January 31, 2026 

  • By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

  • Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents (“Eligible Participant”). Sharesies and Petdirect staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.

  • Sharesies, in its  sole discretion, will randomly select one winner on or before 5th February, 2026. Once drawn, Sharesies will notify the winner, ask for consent to pass details on to Petdirect, and Petdirect will credit the winners account or help set up a new account.  

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, Sharesies will randomly select another winner to award the Prize to.  Sharesies will follow this process until contact is made with a winner. 

  • An estimate must be completed to qualify as an entry, incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted. Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  • Entries are limited to one entry per person.

  • Sharesies can choose not to award the Prize if it reasonably suspects a winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If Sharesies does not award the Prize on one of these grounds, it will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Once the winner is drawn, the Prize of $1,000 in Petdirect credits (Credits) will be added directly to the winner’s Petdirect account and can be redeemed for products sold online at petdirect.co.nz or in-store. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, can only be used once, and must be applied to the next purchase. 

  • Credits can’t be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

  • By redeeming the Credits, you agree to Petdirect’s full Credit Terms and Conditions available at petdirect.co.nz.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded for money.

  • Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
