We talk to star CEO, Skellerup’s David Mair about this journey during his nearly 14 years at the helm, and what the future holds when he steps down at the end of this month.  

David shares his philosophy for leading and the importance of failure, learning by doing and combination of both speed and velocity.  Plus the role of the investor.
